Scienceworks Museum and the Melbourne Planetarium
Through hands-on exhibits, live demonstrations, tours, activities and shows, you'll find science has never been quite this much fun. You can have fun exploring the mysteries of science and technology at Scienceworks Museum. It's a great value day out for curious minds of all ages. Encompassing the only digital planetarium in the Southern Hemisphere, the Melbourne Planetarium is located within the museum complex. Using the latest digital technology, the night sky is recreated on a 15 metre domed ceiling. Immerse yourself in deep space!

Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI)
ACMI is a world first, state-of-the-art facility for the exhibition, promotion and preservation of Victorian, Australian and international screen content. It is about the moving image in all its forms - film, television, games, video and digital media. Travel underground and immerse yourself in the world’s largest screen gallery. Marvel at the southern hemisphere’s most revolutionary cinemas. Create your own moving image productions and take part in regular talks and tours.

Admission: Entry to the ACMI building and screen gallery is free, as are some regular screenings. Admission costs for special cinema programs and special events vary.

Melbourne Museum

Situated in Carlton Gardens and next to the historic Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne Museum is an exciting and innovative attraction - including permanent and touring exhibitions, dynamic performances and events, cafés, IMAX Theatre, gift shop, and undercover parking.
